Horizon Europe Ireland - Summer update
National Support Network meeting with research offices Last week, the National Support Network team met with Research Officers at Enterprise Ireland's offices in Dublin for an information and networking session. We were delighted to also welcome Northern Ireland National Contact Points and representatives from both the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Science and Innovation and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
It was a final chance to say goodbye to former National Delegate for the European Innovation Council (EIC) programme, Sean Burke, who has happily retired after a number of decades in EU funding - while we will greatly miss his expertise, we'll mostly miss him as a wonderful colleague and friend.
There is now an opportunity open for a new delegate who will join our Network team based at Enterprise Ireland - you will find information on the role here and please note the deadline of 2 August.
